Ben Patterson – Apple store clerks should tell customers who’ve noticed the iPhone 4′s reception problem that holding any phone in “certain places” will degrade the signal, and that one of Apple’s new Bumper cases should improve the situation, according to leaked instructions from corporate. That said, clerks are warned, don’t even think of giving out Bumpers for free.
